One of these methods is face yoga and you may already know a lot about its benefits, so you will definitely not deny the benefits of face yoga and maintain your facial health with these little exercises.
There are two types of exercises in face yoga, one is to wake up the sleeping skin cells in the skin, which also awakens the facial features, while the other type of exercise is to relax the overworked skin cells to help prevent the appearance of wrinkles.
The sleeping muscles of the face are the sleeping muscles, the lower eyelids and the cheek muscles, while the working muscles are between the eyebrows, around the forehead and around the mouth. Actually, when our face stays in the same position, its muscles become tight and wrinkles start to appear, but when we relax their muscles, it helps to get rid of wrinkles.
Preparation for Face Yoga
Just as physical yoga involves warming up and stretching first, face yoga also involves some preliminary exercises such as furrowing the eyebrows, pursing the lips, sticking out the tongue, pouting, etc. These movements open up the facial muscles and prepare the facial muscles for daily face yoga exercises.
Face yoga increases blood flow and delivers oxygen to the cells and tissues of the face more easily, which improves the glow and complexion of the face. Do this warm-up exercise one to three times, but whenever you feel stressed, repeat this exercise to calm yourself down.
Neck Exercise
To do the neck exercise, first bend your shoulders and leave the body in a relaxed position, then lift your head as far as you can and move it backwards. Then turn your lips outwards and stick your tongue out. Stay in this position for five seconds, then lower your head and hold it for five seconds, then raise your head and keep your face in the first position for five seconds.
Do this process three times. This exercise creates tension in the chin and flexibility in the throat muscles. Fatigue is essential in this exercise, otherwise it will not be effective. This exercise should be done twice or thrice a day.
The Smiling Exercise
First of all, remember to never stop smiling or laughing at any point in life. The downside to this physically is that if you don't smile, your cheek muscles won't improve. Face yoga has a smile exercise (Smooth Smile Lines) in which after bringing a smile on the face, push the cheek with your tongue from the inside to the outside and roll the tongue in circular motion five times clockwise and then five times anti-clockwise. This will deepen the lines on your face. Do this exercise at least once in a day.

For the eye wrinkle exercise, get into a comfortable position with your shoulders back, then tuck your chin down and look up through your eyes only (don't look up). Don't move your head and shoulders and feel tension under the eyes. Hold this position for 3 seconds, then tuck your upper lip in and make an "ah" face. This position will tighten your face and wrinkles will disappear.
